Enjoy our fitness based hybrid of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation with our new class - "Sweat, Slay, Namaste". This class is for all fitness levels and has been carefully created to make you sweat, but also enjoy the benefits of traditional yoga poses and mindful meditation. In our class, we focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility and mindfulness in a fun, easygoing atmosphere.
Prepare to stretch your stress away and meditate to a calmer you. Strength, zen and confidence are just the beginning. Take 50 minutes to empower yourself, clear your head and grow stronger on every level!
